Better Built Buildings are wired with #12 wire in 1/2 EMT conduit with switch and receptacle (or Romex if specified) lights are determined by size of the unit. All buildings meet requirement and code for Southern Standard Building codes. Our buildings can be custom built to include additional 36, 42, 48 and double mobile home doors. Home-made doors in sizes 50,60 and double are available in your prefered color. We will also custom build to fit your needs. |

Better Built Buildings are constructed of Canadian Spruce studs and rafters wich sit atop the best flooring system in the industry. The flooring consists of 4x6 pressure treated skids wich are notched on 16" centers to hold the 2x4 and 4x6 pressure treated floor joist. They are decked with 5/8 t&g exterior plywood and finished with a high grade wood stain. All buildings are constructed of 19 gauge aluminum and come standard with a 42" mobile home weather tight door. The number of windows are determined by the size of the building. |
